Introduction

For us, it is important to protect your privacy. We always process personal data in accordance with current legislation and we have a privacy policy that is updated in accordance with the Personal Data Ordinance (GDPR) which came into force on 25 May 2018 and replaces the Personal Data Act (PuL).

This privacy policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements that GDPR places on Rybrinks in Kungsbacka AB as the person responsible for personal data, and contains information about the purposes we have for our personal data processing, routines and security measures for the processing and the rights that the data subject has.

Below we explain how, why and in what way we handle the personal information you share with us. Processing of personal data

COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA

We only process the personal data that is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing. Personal data may be disclosed to third parties if it follows from law or the constitution or if we have a legitimate interest in disclosing the data. We may also hire a personal data assistant for the processing of personal data.

Rybrinks processes personal data in Sweden, and our third-party suppliers store the data within the EU.

CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS

We process names and contact information for you as a contact person or employee of our customers, suppliers or potential customers and suppliers in order to enter into, administer and fulfill the agreement with the customer or supplier. The information can also be used for evaluation of the business relationship as well as marketing, sales or other campaign initiatives. The legal basis for the processing is fulfillment of agreements and balancing of interests.

JOB APPLICANTS AND CONSULTANTS

We process names, personal information, contact information, work experience, interests, age, descent, photos and other information that you, your employer or recruitment consultant provide to us in connection with an application for a job or assignment. The processing takes place for the purpose of evaluating whether we can offer you employment or assignments and in that case administer the employment or assignment. The legal basis is the fulfillment of an agreement and a legitimate interest as well as, in the case of sensitive personal data, consent.

OTHER BUSINESS PARTNERS

Names and contact details of you as a representative of another business partner or potential business partner to us may be processed for the purpose of administering the contact or agreement with the business partner. The legal basis is the fulfillment of an agreement and a legitimate interest.

LEGAL CLAIMS

In connection with the processing of legal claims that you or the organization you represent direct against us or that we direct against you or the organization that you represent, we may process personal data such as names, social security numbers and contact information. The purpose is to administer, evaluate and manage the claim and the legal basis is a balance of interests.

RELATED TO EMPLOYEES

We process names and contact information for you as a relative of one of our employees. This is done solely for the purpose of being able to contact the employee's relatives in the event of an employee's illness or accident. The legal basis is consent.

PHOTOS

We may publish photos of you on our website, social media and in printed material if you have given your consent. The purpose of such publication is marketing, dissemination of knowledge or information. You can revoke your consent at any time for future publications, see contact information below.

Thinning of personal data

We only store your personal data for as long as it is necessary with regard to the purpose of the processing or there is otherwise a legal basis.

 

Rights of the data subject

RIGHT TO ACCESS

You have the right to receive free of charge information about which personal data about yourself that we process, including the purposes of the processing, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be disclosed, and a copy of the personal data that is being processed.

RIGHT TO CORRECTION

You have the right to have incorrect personal information concerning you corrected.

RIGHT TO DELETE

Under certain conditions, you have the right to have your personal data deleted without undue delay. In short, these conditions consist of the following:

  • If the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed,
  • If the processing is based solely on your consent and you revoke your consent,
  • If you object to a balance of interests made by us and your reason outweighs our legitimate interest,
  • If you object to treatment for direct marketing purposes,
  • If the personal data has been processed illegally,
  • If the personal data must be deleted in order to fulfill a legal obligation to which we are subject.

We have the right to refuse your request for deletion when the personal data is processed in order to fulfill a legal obligation or to be able to establish, assert or defend legal claims.

RIGHT TO OBJECT

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests. In that case, we may no longer process personal data unless we can demonstrate legitimate reasons that outweigh your interests, or if the processing takes place for the determination, exercise or defense of legal claims.

RIGHT TO LIMITATION

In some cases, you have the right to demand that our processing of your personal data be restricted. This applies, for example, if you believe that the personal data we process is incorrect, whereby you may request limited processing for the time we need to check the accuracy.
