Gunry, which is part of Rybrinks in Kungsbacka AB, delivers to addresses in Sweden.
At Rybrinks, we do everything to ensure that you get your goods as quickly as possible!
Everything we sell is in our own warehouse for immediate delivery. Orders received before 11:00 on working days are sent the same day.
You can track all your shipments from Rybrinks through My package app.

Pick up the package at your chosen DHL agent
In some cases it is possible to get delivery to a DHL box where a mobile Bank ID may be required.
You choose which agent you want the package to be delivered to when you place your order. When the package has reached your chosen agent, you will receive a notification to pick up the package together with your identification and package ID. Please note that agents in smaller locations sometimes have limited delivery, which can affect the delivery time.
Depending on the size of the package, content and your postcode, you can choose to have your package delivered to a parcel box. If the option is available to you, you will see it when you choose a representative at the checkout. When the package is available for download, you will receive a code via SMS which you enter on the display on the cabinet. Then the cabinet opens and you can pick out your package. Please note that if the parcel box is full, your parcel will be sent to a nearby agent.
The package remains with the agent for 14 days from the time you receive your notification.
If the package and / or contents are damaged when you receive it, report it immediately on site at the delivery point or in the store if this is where you pick up your delivery.
As a consumer, you always have the right to turn directly to Gunry's customer service for help with complaints, right of withdrawal and other help that concerns purchase or order. Contact our customer service via our contact form. Describe your case in as much detail as possible. Returns must be made in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions and the instructions you receive from us. In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.
